I am a nosey person. I can't help it! I always want to know what other people are listening to on their iPods!!
Cupid said yesterday that he would loan me his iPod for a day and I could make a list of some music I wanted to borrow. Well, he is a guy, so I thought that would never happen! I was WRONG!
Before 9am I had his iPod. I was giddy! Looking through someone else's music collection is VERY fun! I kept nodding my head at some of the bands we had in common, or bands that I liked but didn't have! Then I would giggle seeing some other music choices, but listened anyway! : )
His taste is REALLY all over the dial. I was in awe really! It's like an inside peek!! I LOVE it! : )
Here is a small list of what I saw/listened to:
Fall Out Boy, Green Day, Keane, Supertramp, Journey, Joy Division, Eagles, The Church, Cinderella, Def Leppard, Depeche Mode, Duran Duran, Digital Underground, Coldplay, Vertical Horizon
I lent him some Elbow and The Script to add to his collection. Also offered my iPod to him to look at to see if there was anything he would want to borrow, but he hasn't borrowed yet.
OH!! Who knew that Jack Johnson had a song called 'Cupid' ?!! : )

U2's 'No Line on the Horizon' was available in the early morning on the Universal Music Australia Store. Oh My!!!!
I thought I read that if the album was leaked the band would immediately release it to iTunes. Maybe that is just wishful thinking?!
Why does it feel like March 3rd is so far away?!!
These guys are fantastic!! Ok, to be honest the photo on the main page of iTunes caught my eye because they were posed with the London skyline and my favorite egg shaped building! LOL
That's what made me listen! They are Irish pop. Got the free download of 'Before the Worst' from iTunes and have been listening to their other songs on their MySpace. Bands are really smart now to get the buzz out that way!
Hmmmmm. I wonder if The Script might be opening for a certain Irish mega group when they tour?!! Someone please let Bono know about these guys!!
I'll be putting their music on my Wish list!
Well, well, well. Finally someone listened to their Matt Nathanson live cd today!! I almost couldn't believe what I was hearing but then I got a confirmation email and I knew for sure!
The audience totally gets into this upbeat song!

The Boss has been picked to headline the Super Bowl halftime show. If you could pick anyone to perform during the Super Bowl who would you pick?
U2 of course!!! Yes, I know they already have done it, but it would really make all halftimes more watchable!
Well Apple doesn't make it easy to decide what my next purchase from them might be!
Today's announcement was a new version of iTunes, a new and improved iPod Touch and revamped Nanos with bright cool colors!
Well, I already have the U2 iPod and it's not even close to being full. So really I don't need a cool new Nano. Even if Steve Jobs made them in COOL colors that I LOVE! LOL!
So for now I'll still dream about the iPhone and the MacBook! : )
