Today was a good day!!
My brother Joe and I headed to Nattleboro at about 10am. He was on a mission to find something and he had success. On the way back we stopped in Norwood and he had more shopping success! So, my brother was happy!!
I had received an email from a local garden shop with a special. Pumpkins all you can carry for $19.99. So.....I asked my brother if he would do it for me! He is over 6 feet tall and has WAY longer arms than me!
Actually the email said:
How many pumpkins can you carry? Balance pumpkins in your arms, between your legs and on your head! $19.99 all you can carry pumpkins
Sale ends this Tuesday, October 13th
So we did it!!! I asked the cashier first because we didn't see anyone else doing it! Then one of the guys that worked there said to my brother 'Come on you can carry more!!' We did get 4 rather large pumpkins! I suppose i could've piled more in his arms!! I wasn't fast enough with my camera, but I did find this photo online.....this guy below is the MASTER!
Look at what I saw at our last stop (CVS) before heading home! I waited about 5 minutes to see who came out, but nobody did in that time! LOVE the license plate!

Clearly I have U2 on the brain today!!
I changed the country of origin on some merchandise today from US to China. (It's a shame that more clothing isn't still made in the USA but that's another story entirely!) I had to type in notes that read: COO change from US to CN.
FIVE times I wrote instead: COO change from U2 to CN.
Teee heeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!! Oooops!
LOVED Buffy and wonder what SMG is doing these days.
Totally ENJOYED the Twilight series but still find it hard to believe that Stephanie Meyer has come out and said she never watched 'Buffy the Vampire Slayer'

What's the best compliment you've received lately?
It's funny because both of these compliments came from work yesterday!!!
The first was from a youngling. (nickname I have for the young merchants at my company) She said 'Did you go away again?! Look at how dark you are!'
That made me feel GREAT because it's been raining for a week!!! : )
The second was from one of the consultants. He said 'Crush Monkey (really my name) that's what I love about you, you are so analytical '
This made me LAUGH because I am not analytical at all ! LOL
Would you ever want to be a model? Why or why not?
Hmmmm, NO because I like to eat on a regular basis!
New Moon
Bella turns 18, but she doesn't want to get older or celebrate her birthday.
The Cullens throw a birthday party for her anyway. While opening a gift Bella gets a paper cut, throwing Jasper Cullen into a bloodlust frenzy.
Edward decides that to keep Bella safe he and his family must leave.
Best quote when Edward tells Bella they are leaving...
Bella to Edward 'You can have my soul. I don't want it without you - it's yours already'
Edward tells Bella he doesn't want her anymore. BUT, he asks her not to do anything reckless after he and the rest of the Cullens leave.
Bella just falls into complete depression with the Cullens and Edward gone, but eventually she comes out of it after spending lots of time with family friend Jacob Black.
Bella decides that reckless behavior is the way to go, because she can hear Edward's voice in her head when she is about to do something stupid or dangerous.
Laurent an evil vampire tries to kill Bella, but the werewolves save her. Oh. Jacob Black is a werewolf!!
Bella sees Jacob's friends cliff jumping and decides to do it herself. Alice Cullen of course 'sees' Bella's jump and assumes she killed herself. Even worse Edward thinks Bella is dead and doesn't want to live without her.
Edward heads to Italy to provoke the Volturi (the head vampires....or MASTER if you will)
Alice and Bella rush to Italy to stop Edward. They save him but the Volturi demand that eventually Bella must become a vampire.
In the end these are the fears that Bella is living with:
- Her father is mad because she went to Italy without telling him AND he found out she has a motorbike.
- The Volturi will follow-up to ensure she becomes a vampire
- Evil vampire Victoria is still on the loose and wants her dead
- The werewolves are the enemies of the Cullens
Loved New Moon so much that I read it in one Saturday. Can't wait for the movie to be released!

What? Something else new on FB? Not sure how long it's been there but there is a new application on 'Friends' pages. It's called 'subscribe via SMS' and not being a techie I had NO idea what that even meant! LOL
What does 'subscribe via SMS' mean? It means that people will have the ability to receive status updates via mobile phones now! Oh, and as of right now YOU won't be able to tell who has subscribed to your status updates.
This brings stalking to new levels. LOL!!!
